Long overdue but finally here! C'est ma tenue de mariage. What I have done is got re-dressed up for you and taken the outfit pics at home.
Pourquoi?
Basically I barely took any pics, reasons being I was spending far too much time:
- Guzzling champers.
- Gossiping.
- Sneaking off for ciggies.
- And of course my fave activity; dancing!
Apart from my nails, (which I had done in bright red but had sadly chipped by this point) I have tried to be as accurate as poss. However, I must insist that on the wedding day I took a lot longer to get ready so there were a few differences:
- Hair was bigger.
- Legs and bod were slathered in moisturizer.
- Legs were shaved, cough.
- I had more of a tan on, merci St Tropez!
Voici my wedding look:

Dress: Warehouse · Jacket: Vintage NY · Shoes: Dune · Bag: Vintage Paris
I was worried about how to accessorize this look as I didn't think I had a suitable jacket or handbag. However, I remembered this little silver number that I picked up in NY, it was only $15 and I think it was from Beacon's Closet but I could be wrong. I was concerned that the bag might be a bit tatty but SO WHAT? I went with it and she looked lovely, I adore this petite sac, she was an amaze €5 from a shop in Paris... Bargain alert!
The gorge bright shoes were at an investment price of £60... They were initially £85 but I managed to get them on a day when they had 20% off... Whoa. I bought these especially for the wedding and LOVE them! I do have issues with walking in them and am hoping that this will come around. When it came to dancing I stripped my feet bare! As for the dress I have already taken you through the amazing steps to getting it for £32. Hooray!
Also, see the close up look of my eyelashes that I love!! Yay, my sister did them for me and they look fab - Thanks sis!
Overall the outfit was a success! I felt confident and was happy to have opted for a plainer affair and work what my mamma gave me!
