1 Day – 1 Item 2 Looks: Tie Dye Leggings

"Tie dye on the highway - see the garlands in your hair
If you're going my way, come along
What a beautiful sky - we just had to stop and stare
See the beautiful colours fill the air" - Tie Dye on the Highway (Robert Plant)

Tie Dye Leggings

These Topshop leggings are proper fab as they're super comfy and look fun. Thursdays are my morning off and I always pop to the shops avec my mum and our friend Lin. We leave just after 8.30, race to out fave seats and have coffee, cake and a chat. Following this we walk around the shops and get home before lunch.

Because I am leaving the house I try and brush my hair and apply a dab of this and that.

For a morning spent browsing & an afternoon working from home leggings and a cashmere jumper are the perfect ensemble.

1st Look: Up Town

Outift: Tye Die Leggings - Topshop • Jumper - Grandad's • Boots - Clarks)
Lips: New CID i-pout in Fuschia

Same day, same leggings... Shaking things up.

That evening I was going out to the Kayal for Southern Indian Cuisine.  Oh my if you live in the Midlands you NEED to go there, it is too tasty. They have three restaurants:

- Leicester
- Nottingham
- Leamington Spa

2nd Look: Meal out avec L'homme et la Fam

Outfit: Leggings - Topshop • Shirt - American Apparel • Boots - Bertie • Jacket - Jaeger
Lips: Rouge Volupté - Yves Saint Laurent (My fave Night Look for 2011)

Dinner out is still a casu affair, so I held onto the Tie Dye, rouged my lips and went for heeled boots and a sleeveless shirt. I added an extra splash of fun with my Jaeger coat creating a clash of patterns.

What we ate...

 From Left to Right:

(1) Mix Seafood Curry - King fish, squid, mussels, and prawns cooked with Kerala spices, onion, mango, ginger, garlic and mustard seeds.

(2) Cheera Erachi Curry - Lamb cooked in fresh spinach, aromatic spices, turmeric, red chillies and onions.

(3) Spicy Potatoes - Potatoes, peas and peppers stir fried with onions and tomatoes

(4) Kathrika Curry - Aubergines cooked in a paste of coriander seeds, roasted onions, chillies, mixed with yoghurt and cashew nut sauce.

Beyond delish, I can't get enough of this place.

War Paint

During my mornings shopping spree I picked up a brow shaping kit from Benefit: BROWzings - Shade: Dark.

I had never seriously attempted to make-up my brows so I decided to capture my first experience and share avec vous!

Hope you have an amaze weekend! Sending kisses xoxo
