Last week... Was it last week? Well recently anyhow I mentioned that I needed to wear my long sleeved brown cropped top a little more (See: The Perfect Base Dress - Tips For Layering). They're funny things cropped tops, I am often drawn to them whilst shopping, but I (almost) always keep on walking, there's reasons for this:
1. They don't seem a practical fit for my wardrobe.
2. I don't feel that my midriff looks as appealing as some of the gorge young toned ones I spot on display milling around (making me wish my bod was just that little bit younger....)
3. It's almost always cold - daily.
4. High-Waisted bottoms look fab with cropped tops, but high-waisted bottoms are sadly SO frustrating as THEY often HURT.
This cropped top is not too cropped, so teamed up with my grey high-waisted leggings (which are a non-painful pair) there is only a teeny gap, I can go with this.
