Spot the Difference: Splash of Colour

So we've not yet discussed my North bound trip to the Tyne and beyond, nor have we spoken about the stress and thought that goes into Wedding dress shopping.

When I say Tyne and Beyond, I mean - Newcastle Upon Tyne. What a lovely place it is, filled with gorge buildings and friendly folk... The shopping did not seem to be overly-inspiring, however, we had no idea where we were going so maybe we missed something? It really was NOT what I expected... Where were all the Gaz, J's and Charlotte's??? Not a Geordie-Shore-Type in site. I did see the odd muscled arm or two and a couple of faces splattered with makeup but no more than the norm.

Off we went on a wedding dress mission, as soon as we arrived it was straight over to shop number one, I can't bear to go into detail about what ghastly creations we came across, I will just say that I know what I def don't want - if the time ever comes.

Now this post is less about the City and Romatic Unions and more about clothes. What I took along for the journey. I choose to limit my options as I really had no idea how things were going to go, so I wore one outfit on the way up and swapped my tights for the way back (and knicks bien sûr).

2 days 1 night:

- 1 Oversized T-shirt
- 1 Denim Shirt
- 1 Cardigan
- 2 Pairs of Coloured Tights

Note: These outfits are for the daytime, for the eve I bought an extra pair of heels and about 3 additional possibilities...

I didn't even take a coat as I felt my layers would suffice, I was a little chilly at times - had an umbrella to deal with the rain.

Here is the itemised 2 day/recycled clothing list.

Please take a minute to admire my outfits doing what they do best... Work it sista's.
